NUC code not unlocking phone - SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK

I have requested the NUC code, but the code does not unlock my phone. I have this new error code : " SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK".

I understand I need an unfreeze code or MSK code.

@oyedijio It sound's like you need a SIM PUK code from either us or your new provider (depending which SIM is installed at present). If it is you still need the Master Unlock Code, please contact our team using one of the following methods highlighted Here.
