Hello, the first unlock code given for my Sony XZ3 didn't work. I was referred to the unlocking team who emailed me on 07/10 to say they were getting an alternative unlock code with the manufacturer.
I just wanted to chase this up as its been nearly two weeks now. Can you give me an update?
