Need help pls! Trying to unblock my galaxy S8, but first message is saying enter PUK network number? I entered the NUC number for this is the only number I have, but it keeps on asking for the PUK Network number.  HOW DO I GET THE PUK NETWORK NUMBER. PLS ASSIST I GAVE THE PHONE TO MY MOM AND SHE NEEDS A PHONE URGENTLY PLS!

Contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll get you a Mck Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code which is needed as well as the Nuc especially with Samsung phones.

It's not a Puk you need @conpiq18
