Unlocking my sony xperia xz3

Hi, 

I received my NUC unlock sim network for my xz3 but the code doesn't work, keep saying unlock unsuccessful. I'm using a diferent sim card and I'm in the UK.. I need help to get this phone unlocked as my right..

Assuming the alternative network sim card your using is activated then If this How-do-I-use-my-nuc does not help @Geiger2004 then contact customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll assist.
