Unlocking

Unlock NUC seems incorrect

Hi,
I've received my unlock code from Vodafone for my Sony  Xperia X Compact - I've tried entering the code 3 times and it keeps failing.

I've checked the IMEI and it's definitely correct - Apparntley I only have 2 tries left, what can I do?

It seems from past posts people do seem to have issues with unlocking Sony Handsets !

Please don't use up all your attempts or you will Hardlock the phone which means then it'll need to be sent off by Vodafone to have it's counter reset.

Please ensure your non Vodafone sim card is activated i.e connects to mobile data etc.

The Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can have the Nuc checked.
