Unlock my iPhone X

Hi,

I am from Turkey and I am using iPhone X in Turkey (from UK Vodafone)
My iphone's have simlock.
I can't using Vodafone sim or another operator. 
I am using only Gevey microchip and Vodafone card. 

I watched the video Vodafone did the instructions there, but I'm using my number so different Turkey line.
how can I unlock my phone?

Hi @Doganmert94 

You have been repeatedly told that if the phone is locked to Vodafone UK, you must use the SIM in the phone in the UK on the UK Vodafone network, you cannot just use the SIM on the Turkish network.  This is necessary to connect the IMEI number to the SIM and prove you are the owner of the device with the authority to get the device unlocked.

You have also mentioned that the operator of the device is AT & T, this is a US network.  You need to make sure that the device is actually locked to Vodafone UK.

If this was your relatives previous phone and he used the phone in the UK with a Vodafone UK SIM, there should be no reason why your Uncle is not being cooperative and since he gave you the phone, presumably as a gift, he should be doing everything possible to get this solved for you.

It maybe what we are advising you is being lost in translation.

If English isn't your 1st language then perhaps use Google Translate to help translate some of the replies to you in this thread into your native language to help you further understand what options are available to you.

That's strange @Doganmert94 .  If the operator of your device is AT & T, that will be a US network that means the phone will be locked to the US network and not Vodafone UK.

As I have already suggested, there will be plenty of places in Turkey offering an unlocking service, they will help.

Hey @Sahibzada01, I've removed your phone's IMEI and Serial number for your message as these are unique to your phone and can be used fraudulently. You can request the NUC for your iPhone via on online request form.
