i requested an unlock code last week but i still havent recieved it.i did recieved the confirm email , ive tried contacting vodaphone via on line chat but it doesnt work, and ringing never gets through. does it usualy take so long ??thanks
After unlocking my phone it asked for a sim unlock code why..?
Trying to unlock Note 10+ 5g. Got unlock code, but phone keeps asking for PUK for new SIM. However, when I input the PUK, I get the message "unlock unsuccessful", before I've even tried the unlock code!
