Hi @marcelodebianch

Please see this link:  How do I unlock my Phone if I am not a Vodafone customer?

As you can see, you need to use a Vodafone UK SIM as PAYG on the local network in the UK for a 30 day period, you can then complete this form: Get your NUC

Unless you are able to fulfil the criteria needed to get an unlock code or know someone in the UK willing to do this on your behalf, you won't be able to get the phone unlocked through the network.  There should be an unlocking service in your home country but this will be chargeable.

@marcelodebianch  I should have read your post more closely.  You have the unlock code and should still be able to complete the unlocking in your home country using the phone software.I have come across this thread here

Is the phone definitely locked to Vodafone Uk.

If so and you can't send it to someone you know in the Uk for them to unlock it and then they send it back to you or ask the original owner to unlock it for you then I would suggest to use an online unlocking site or a Highstreet Store that advertises they unlock phones or sell the phone to use the funds to buy one that's already unlocked @marcelodebianch
