Unlocking

I entered my unlocking code in my huawei p8- lite but it did not work. Can I receive a new code?

Can I ask are you in the Uk trying the Nuc ?

Also the alternative network sim card your using , is it activated i.e connects to mobile data etc  ?

If you do need another nuc then as one isn't available via the forum you would need to contact customer services or tje Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have account access.

Also please check that you haven't usedall  the attempts a phone allows to unlock which is usually around 5 attempts.
