Tried twice to get NUC for my spare iPhone SE 64 GB to give to a friend on EE but no response from Vodafone - annoying as a long-standing customer with two mobiles, two IPads, Superfast 2 broadband and home phone with you.
Please help me.

There may be a delay due to Corona, as we all know, there has been lockdown here in the UK and US. Vodafone may have submitted the request to Apple.
The best thing to do is to keep trying an alternative SIM in the phone, if Apple have processed the unlock on servers, you will receive a message on the phone screen to the effect it has been unlocked. Alternatively, synchronise to itunes to complete the unlocking process.

The unlock certainly should have been processedby Apple. If you have tried an alternative SIM in the phone and do not get the unlocked messages follow this link for direct help and support from the Social Media Team: Contact Us
