Hi,
I have recently agreed to a split off from a contract that hosted two phone numbers, done via customer service channels. The intention being that I register and have my own Vodafone account with phone number, contract management etc. (an independent account). However, I cannot register for the Vodafone app with my email address as it begins with "11". It generates a "something looks wrong" error message.
How do I resolve this so I can register and properly manage my account, or does Vodafone not support this arrangement of email address?

From memory a person has to use a completely different email address to set up the app.

Hi @11jduncalf! @BandOfBrothers is right that the account you split from will need to have a different email address than the one you're trying to set up currently but if you're unable to add your email address to your account we'd be able to help you with this via Social Media. We're not able to set up your PIN and Memorable word if this needs doing for security reasons, but you're able to reset these here yourself. I hope this helps 🙂
