I have been a customer of Vodafone for a long time and now I have been given a Sim from another provider that I want to use in my phone. My latest 24 month contract is up in 15 days. I have requested a NUC and it does not work. I have been emailed my IMEI number and it is correct (matches the one on my phone) so that is not the error. I have reported it twice and I have not yet had a resolution. I will not be purchasing anything else from Vodafone to correct this since I have already paid for the phone (plus many others previously). Never in arrears. Please advise thank you
