Hi,
I’ve been given a new Curve to replace one that failed after 5 months. How do I update the IMEI number in the app so that the new Curve starts working? If anyone knows can they please share the wealth…
There isn’t an option to do this in either the Smart app or V-App.

Hi,
yes, I’ve seen that post however it doesn’t work in Smart App - you simply cannot amend or remove the device from within the smart app or V-App. If it can’t be done I’ll have to contact support . I can’t believe Vodafone thought a single device associated with a subscription would break and be exchanged.
