I’ve bought a new Curve to replace the one damaged by the dog. How do I remove the old one and add the new one to my subscription?

The option to remove the old device is built into the application. The best thing is to direct you to this previous link, it may be for Trackisafe but the same method: https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/V-by-Vodafone/Delete-device-from-Trackisafe-app/td-p/2637077

Hi
Rather than removing an old/broken device from the app and re-registering a new device with a new subscription, how do I replace my broken device into my current subscription?
I ask because I entered a discount code for my current subscription and I want to keep it.

Hey @PaulDylanClark, I'm not sure you can change the tracker the subscription is connected to through the Smart app, but our dedicated Smart Tech Support team will be happy to update the details for you 😊

Hopefully they will sort my issue out.
BtW my Curve did a fantastic job and died honourably. The thieves who stole my ebike where caught red handed.
I hoped the courts would have done such a sterling job - but they didn't.
