I got a tracker (Mictrack) that is compatible with VSim but I'm having problems setting it up. The tracker is asking me for the SIM phone number but the VSim actually dosen't have one. All it has is a 20 number thing that you cannot send texts to. Am I missing something simple.

Hi @MarineMick, what's the model of the Mictrack that you're using? Can you also confirm if you have the Vodafone Smart App downloaded? 🙂

Its a Mictrack MT500-G, and yes I activated the VSim in the vodafone smart app. That's as far as I got. The chinese recommended YiTracker but maybe there's a one that will accept the 20 number, number.

Thanks @MarineMick, That model is compatible with your V-SIM and you should be able to connect it through the app. If you're still having trouble getting set up, pop our Smart Tech team a message and I'm sure they'll be able to go through the set up with you.
