I have a have v sos band that's used by my elderly mother for a few yeats. The app occasionally logs out which is not perfect but alerts usually still come through. However for four days now no alerts, and the app screen just a spinning red circle. Band reboot, app installs as suggested by tech support does not fix this. Something must have changed that has disrupted the service. Considering this an alerts system there is a distinct lack of care on Vodafones part to support it. If your not going to support the service responsibility you should communicate to customers, and work towards a phased end of life for this service.
