Suresignal's not registering with Vodafone during initial setup

I am trying to configure 2 Suresignal's for my company and neither will go through the initial setup.

Both units disply a flashing red light and static amber signal bars/handset lights. I am only trying to configure one at a time as I undertand the units may conflict if run together over the same network.

I have opened the following ports on the router and allowed the ports through the firewall in both directions.

8 TCP/UDP

50 TCP/UDP

53 TCP/UDP

67-68 UDP

123 UDP

500 UDP

1723 TCP/UDP

4500 UDP

33434-33445 UDP

The external source IP address has not been restricted to the vodafone range yet however the ports are only open to the internal static IP's for the Suresignals.

Both units have been assigned static IP's and VPN pass through has been enabled on the router.

I have checked with our ISP and they do not block any ports or VPN/IPSEC tunnels.

We have a static IP which is 148.253.169.58.

The Suresignal serial numbers are 43172933863 and 43171510118.

When I do a trace route to 212.183.133.177 I get the following result:

C:\Users\bensh>tracert 212.183.133.177

I hope someone can help as I've gotten nowhere with Vodafone live chat/phone support.

Thanks

Ben

@bigben27 From the light sequence you're seeing it looks like you're having trouble adding the numbers onto your device.

Please pop our Live Chat team a message and they'll be able to assist you with this 🙂
