I cancelled an iphone 14 order within 14 days of ordering it. I paid a hefty deposit £805.99 which should all be returned back to my account - simple ? oh god no!
I spent hours explaining this 4 times on the phone, messaging and a visit to the shop tin the UK - and calls directed to India and Egypt. Each time they asked me over and over again the details. I sent them the receipt 3 times on line. I got a message from the credit team saying the money will be with you with in 2 days.
2 months later I am still waiting!!! Getting more and more angry with this.
Vodafone - you have my money!! This is now fraud, you are keeping my money and I have no iphone.

That's not good at all !
Perhaps give the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM a try Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries
And raise a complaint complaints/code-of-practice
You could also speak with your bank or to whoever services you used to pay the deposit to see if they can help you with this @scardycat
