Hi,

Just thought this post would benefit some of you IOS users who are thinking of upgrading to IOS18. Updated this morning on iphone 15 pro and 5G Standalone (Ultra) is available and working well. Only thing now is still waiting for Vodafone to add RCS support but hopefully that will follow soon.

Thats interesting, here in Manchester / Liverpool on Nperf it shows NSA but outside shows SA a lot of the time, must vary by area, speeds don't seem that different but time will tell especially in congested areas

IMG_0033.jpegI've had the new Iphone 16 pro max for a couple of days now and noticed that the 5G SA (Ultra) is far better, it seems to automatically connect to SA a lot more and more importantly doesn't drop off

Hi @anuraj - you'll automatically connect to 5G Ultra if you're in a location where it's available and if it's included in your plan. Your phone also needs to support it and be on the latest software.  The iPhone 15 Plus isn't supported. You can check if it's live in your area via our Network Status Checker

Hi,

you are giving wrong information. If you check Vodafone website under 5g ultra devices support and it’s showing it will support iPhone 15 & 16 series.

please don’t give customers incorrect information.

Hi @anuraj All of the iPhone 16 series are 5G Ultra enabled phones so providing you're in an area covered by our 5G Ultra network, you should be able to get this.  Are you finding otherwise?

Hi,

you are still giving wrong information

can you read above attachment and it’s says it support iPhone 15 series

Ahhh, apologies @anuraj I can see what you mean, the website is somewhat conflicting, I'll get this raised. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Thanks.
