Meant "Connection Lost"
I am already on mobile data and that is working fine.
Just can't sign in or do anything within app.
Don't remember details to sign in on the website if that even works right now. I use the automatic sign in on the app. https://9apps.ooo/

Sometimes deleting the app from the phone and from iTunes and from the iTunes back up and then downloading a fresh copy of the app can help @JackLeach

The first thing to do is to be able to log into your online account, when this is working correctly the Application will follow.
Customer services will be able to reset the log in details, also try the forgotten user name and password links.
