Cannot establish secure connection

Hiya,

even though Secure Net and Age restrictions are off for over a week now and I‘ve received the Message that Age restrictions are off, I still am blocked from opening some websites. I‘ve turned my phone off and on again multiple times, clearing my cache as well, didn‘t help.

I was on Voxi before that had the same problem until I turned Age restrictions off. After that it worked fine, so I‘m at a bit of a loss here what I‘m missing.

Hi @Yuyube Its sounds to me like the Age Restricted Content Bar may still be in place on some of our systems here. If you'd like to pop our Lovely Social Media team a message here, they'll be able to check and get this removed for you!
