I just did my software update on my iPhone Se and I need to resign in to my data plan. When I go to settings and add a data plan it comes up saying I need a qr code to log in but I don have one. How do I get the qr code I need?

Do you have an active physical SIM card or have you a accidentally wiped the old eSIM?
You need to be able to receive an SMS on your line to order an eSIM. If you cannot do this you will need to contact customer service on 191.

You can request a replacement eSIM via the Vodafone Website or in the Vodafone App.

Log into your account and on the right hand side click swap my sim.

You don't need a QR code if you're using a physical SIM! Your data plan shouldn't be affected by a software update, are you in your online account or the Vodafone App?
