Hi I have tried deleting and re-installing the Vodafone app on my iPhone SE, but it does not recognise my details, yet my account accessed via a Mac seems fine. Please advise what I need to do. Thanks
Are you able to uninstall the app from your iPhone and your iTunes library and if possible icloud and then re install a fresh copy ?

I don't believe it's in iTunes or my iCloud, but have deleted and reinstalled several times on the phone... It sends a code to my number OK to access the app,, but then cannot find any of my details when it's launched, yet it has my mobile number on one of the screens as well as my account number, so it know's it's me, but cannot link the account data for some reason
To be up to date itunes has been replaced by Finder, this is the information from Apple: What happened to iTunes?
It sounds like you have deleted all traces from the phone and your Apple account. You will need to make sure you are downloading the latest version of the application from the website here: Download the My Vodafone Application
Before reinstalling, it would also be worth making sure all the cookies are deleted from your phone, you can download the application of WiFi but to recognise your account, the first log in has to be done over mobile data.
