Hi @HelenTranckle. To make sure that we're on the same page, when you're attempting to deactivate voicemail slamdown notifications by calling 121 from your Vodafone mobile and following the relevant options (As mentioned on another Community thread here), what happens and what do you hear?
Hi Jason, thank you for your reply. I went through the process again and somehow found an extra step available to disable the slam down notifications and it has now worked. You must have been sending some vibes. 🙂
