Iphone 12 pro max, internet not working correctly?

Hi,

I recently brought a new iPhone 12 pro max. The internet is incredibly slow! I have used the internet connection in the house and the mobile data, both appear to not work correctly. When I try to search anything on safari it gets stuck on a continuous https://1921681001.id/ loop of reCAPTHCHA, which is driving me insane. Often if I do manage to get to a website it says this website is not secure when all Ihttps://19216811.cam/ 'm trying to do is access my emails on outlook or this server is not private, connection lost. 

Any help would be appreciated.

An Apple Store Genius Bar Employee can take a look at the phone.

What's your experience like when you use your sim card in another phone  ?

May I ask where you purchased the iPhone from.
