Hi all
Anyone waiting for their 14 pro, and what's the lead time
All I get is staff who tell all kinds of rubbish and blame everyone else.
Cant find anyone in Vodafone who cares at all

I know how eager we can all be to get a new phone and I'm sorry you haven't been able to get the answer you needed when you got in touch.
The wait time varies between model memory and colour - if you've placed your order then you'll already be in a queue and as soon as we have stock available, yours will be sent out to you. You'll get an email and a text to let you know when it's dispatched and then you can track it on our online order tracker.

Did you get yours? I have been waiting for my 14 pro max since 9th Jan. No updates . Just the same "your phone is awaiting at the warehouse for courier pickup".

I been waiting since 30th November
Everytime I get told something different so raised a complaint get a reference number
Vodafone are not interested in helping customers they don't have any qualified staff last time I trust them

3-4 weeks but keep blaming courier
Taken 6 days to find out what the courier knows

Facebook team told me that they will give me a update by tomorrow morning latest. Let's see. If it's going to take another 4-6 weeks for me like yours I'm going to cancel it.

I was now told that there is a error in their system . So, they have to cancel my order and place it again. They are suggesting that it's going to take longer than expected

Sounds dubious, don't understand why they can't be honest about the situation.
I have only had 1 person from Vodafone actually help me since November all the others just tell lies to get you off the phone and obviously they don't care
