Iphone11 unable to ring out

Hi 

I am unable to call out  on my iPhone 11. Can send txt messages. Iv reset my phone, network settings , airplane mode etc. No call forwarding on either. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issues, I have an iPhone 11pro max, I have 3 phones under the same account, 1 is working and the other 2 aren't! I've checked my area for any network issues but all is fine. I can't even call my voicemail! It's been like it since lunch time today.

Iv just checked the newspapers and it is saying They have been down since lunchtime today particularly in London. I'm not in London but it appears to be prettt bad. Have a look in the trust newspaper the Sun 🙈
