Is the iMessage and 4G bugs on Vodafone UK solved on PB3?

Does anyone on Vodafone know if the iMessage bug where you cannot send iMessage through your phone number is solved? And if the 4G displaying as LTE is also fixed ? Thanks https://vlc.onl
