As this would probably be for your Curve, speak to the V by Vodafone support here: Vodafone Smart Tech Support and they will be able to help.

If so can you log into your online Myvodafone ?

Thanks for link. Problem has resolved. Think maintenance work on app was the problem. My mum couldn’t login either. Now all fine again. Thanks again
