Can’t login into smart app

Yes @JenJen-79 you are having problems using the Smart App here: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/vodafone-smart/id1260955826

 

I have found this previous thread it's two years old but there are some replies and suggestion that may help https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/iOS/Unable-to-login-to-Smart-app-after-update-to-iOS-14/td-p/2669861

 

As this would probably be for your Curve, speak to the V by Vodafone support here: Vodafone Smart Tech Support and they will be able to help.

Do you mean the Myvodafone app @JenJen-79 

If so can you log into your online Myvodafone  ?

Thanks for link. Problem has resolved. Think maintenance work on app was the problem. My mum couldn’t login either. Now all fine again. Thanks again
