One Number Plan and eSim swap

Is there no one in any official capacity that monitors these forums and can give us a definitive answer why we cannot perform an eSIM swap for an Apple Watch via the website? 

 

There are numerous threads on the difficulties with setting up the watch, eSIMs swaps and keeping it connected to the network. The posts have thousands of views. 

 

Vodafone, please give us the ability to perform an eSIM swap online so we don't have to go through the constant explanation of what we want to do to 191.

The reason that many people cannot do an eSIM swap is that the web form does not recognise the Apple Watch EID number format. Glance through any of the recent posts regarding dropped network or eSIMs and you’ll see no one can enter the number. 

The social media teams cannot help and just refer to the technical team who are behind a 45 minute phone call. I have logged it last month but nothing ever came of it (Ref:187290869791984830)
