I hope you can help. After countless attempts on getting an Apple series 7 STEEL watch and bungled orders the first not being completed at Vodafone’s end and messing up strap details and finding my order on my account was aluminium ? I cancelled and ordered the ultra with diving strap , after seeing on YouTube this strap was not to good as a daily wearer, I asked if I could change the order. No problem a new order was placed the 4th in a month to get the order correct . Now I was informed the last order couldn’t be processed this is after 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone as the ONENUMBER Iis associated with the previous number . So now I can’t order the desired Apple ultra and there’s no watch orders in place as I went to the store and they’ve been cancelled as requested so No watch and not able to order 1 . Totally fed up

Unfortunately I have seen in the past when an order has been raised and then cancelled / error made via rasing the order on Vodafone's end and also in your case cancelled again due to your own decision to wanting to change straps this can have sometimes a negative impact on the order and will need to settle on your account to sort out in regards to OneNumber. and to let the previous watch orders clear away from the account.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams do not have access to accounts via posts left on the forum, but can access accounts if you contact them on Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM. They'll be able to look at your account but they are not part of sale's team so won't probably be able to raise a sale for a watch and strap.
