I have ordered iphone 15 pro on wednesday 26th june 2024 and i tracked it and seen that it has been delivered to the store but the thing is i did not get any pickup message as my phone is delivered on 28th june 2024.
@Kg_05 I am sorry to hear that you didn't get a notification about your iPhone been at store, you would typically get a notification by text. Just to confirm, have you now collected your phone.
I have also contacted today at 191 they updated my email address and phone so what does it mean ? Is it possible that message should be sent on that old email or phone number?
It would depend on how and where the order was placed. If you drop the team a message on either Facebook or Twitter they will be able to look into this for you,
No i have visited there yesterday but the lady who was on store told me that i have to wait until i get the message regarding pickup . 7 days ago i ordered my phone but still I didn’t get that.
