Physical sim to esim getting delayed

I got the new iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday and so, I had requested for swapping from physical sim to esim via this link https://www.vodafone.co.uk/help-and-information/activate-sim

My mobile network has gone down since yesterday and the request has still not processed. Please help.

Are you able to contact Vodafone Customer Services directly by phone or Live Chat @csphadke as this will be the fastest avenue to get this resolved. 

You can also speak with the Vodafone Social Media Teams who have access to Accounts > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

Also just in case try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On if you haven't already.

Thanks I am going to visit a vodafone shop today to see if they can help. I will post here if the problem still does not get resolved.
