Retrieve deleted txt messages

Hi can anyone tell me how I can retrieve deleted txt messages on an IPhone 5 that have not been backed up. I have someone being vicious towards me and need my messages as evidence. I'm really desperate to be able to retrieve these messages.

If you have not backed up your texts messages, they will be lost.

Text messages are not stored on the network.

There are specialist services that claim to be able to recover deleted text messages that have not been backed up and a Google search will show them.

Just how successful they are I don't know but a few posts on the official Apple forums indicate that recovery is possible, they are quite expensive so it would depend if the value of the message to you would justify the cost.
