Vodafone SIP Credentials for Digital Voice

Has anyone had any luck getting SIP credentials out of Vodafone recently to use a third party VOIP phone with Digital Voice?

I am using a third party router so therefore cannot use that for digital voice.

I asked a couple of days ago and got told no. I am wondering if I asked the wrong question though, as there are posts online suggesting people have got to provide SIP credentials in the past.
