Can you please make a statement about Vodafone miss selling the iphone 12 with wrong delivery promised dates. I have now been waiting nearly 4 weeks for this phone!!! Im furious, and im sick of hearing your lies.
live chat = useless
Telephone customer service = useless
apparently nobody has access to info. So who the [Removed] do I speak to about this????

And dont come on here giving me all this about there being delays with the manufacturer as we know! But this is not some corner shop, this is vodafone. You must have a realistic expectation of when you are getting the phones instead of miss selling and miss leading people.
its completely unfair. I have a business accout. With you guys of many many phones which I will cancel too. Worst customer service ever!!!

It sounds like it is a genuine issue with availability of stock for 12 and 12 Pro models - as Pro Max pre-orders seem to be being delivered on time.
Still - poor form from Vodafone customer service to make empty promises when they really don't have more information - just a tactic to get you off their back unfortunately.
