I have forgotten all of my secret question answers and am unable to reset them because i dont know the current password to them. Is there a link thta cna be sent to reset them so i can update them and know the answers to them?

Can you elaborate to what your trying to access via your passwords etc @Alexbrittain 

i.e 

Your iPhone  ?

Your Vodafone account  ?

So i need the secret question to reset my password for the myvodaphone app. i either recieve a 4300 error code when i access the app or when i trya nd change the password or username to access it asks me the answer to the secret question which i dont know the answer to.

Therefore as this is built in security to protect the account holder I'd suggest to contact customer services via 191 or Live Chat.
