Broadband app and the Pro II router

I have just upgraded my Vodafone from 'pro' to 'pro ii'.
I am trying to connect to the new router with the "vodafone broadband" android app, but this is still looking for the old router model.
What do i need to do to get the app to contact the new router model?

Have tried all the obvious solutions to no avail; stop app, clear cache, delete and reinstall app, restart router...

If you've recently upgraded and received a new router, I'd recommend chatting with Broadband Support here or calling up on 03333 040 191, so that they can make sure that the correct router has been provisioned on your account and that the Broadband App is set up correctly from our end for you.
