Hi,
I really hope someone can help me. For the last couple of months I haven't been able to view my plan on my Vodafone App. It was working fine up until before the summer. Every time I got onto my view my plan it's just keeps on saying we can't find this information right now with an error code 4626. I've tried restarting the app, uninstalling it and clearing the cache but noe of those seemed to have worked. I have an Oppo A72 if that's helps at all. Thanks.

Hi @GB28. It's disappointing to hear that you're experiencing an issue with the My Vodafone app. To double-check, have you tried resetting the app? You can do this by heading over to Settings > App settings > Reset the app > Reset.
