I have recently moved from Vodafone to Virgin Mobile (transferred on 16 Feb 2022). Chat features are not working with VM even though this feature is supported. Samsung S21+ 5G using Google Messages.
Have tried various resets, clear data etc. to no avail. The thread here details my troubleshooting with Virgin Mobile https://community.virginmedia.com/
I now require Vodafone to completely reset/remove my number from the Chat service. Is this possible?

Yes thanks, the image above (awaiting moderation) is a screenshot of that site. The process fails and brings up an error message saying to contact my network operator.

As your service is now provided by another provider, this isn't something we'll have any control over @td97. You will need to speak to Virgin Media about this as they are your network provider.
