Hi,
I've just got the Note20 and I'm using it to house my personal and work sim cards. I've had WiFi calling working on both accounts previously, but in the phone it only works on my personal sim.
I've raised the issue with my IT department, but they've come back and said Vodafone have informed them that they don't support 3rd party devices. I maintain that they do since it works with my personal sim.
Does anyone have any experience or advice?
Cheers
C

Same issue. Personal sim great. Business sim no. Out of interest are you getting volte on business?
Was forking fine on Samsung direct S10.

Yeah I get VoLTE on the business sim.
I don't understand why the guys I speak to managed to sort it within literally seconds, I wasn't in touch with them for more than 5 minutes and WiFi calling was all working and perfect.
Business team: NAH! Won't work!

Hey @CaBarr & @Bernybernyberny I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty adding WiFi calling to your new phones. As you've both had this when you had these SIM's in your previous phones, I'm assuming there are no restrictions on your companies account to stop you using this service. If the phone was purchased from a 3rd party and not through Vodafone, we're unable to guarantee you'll be able ot use things such as WiFi Calling, but we'll certainly be happy to take a look into this for you. So we can check everything's set up correctly on your accounts, please pop us a private message through one of our social media channels and we'll see what we can do!
