Hi,

From what I've read on a previous post on the forum they are sending out the phone only and not the accessories.

My advice would be to get official clarification from Vodafone customer service on 191 or Live Chat.

Would you update your thread which what your advised please.

Ok I'll try live chat but I doubt they'll have a clue.

Honestly live chat is completely useless.

@jaygrim A few people have been able to sort out the swap by speaking to Retensions, it is worth a punt if you do not have any luck elsewhere.

Well they have just been and the driver said just give him what I wanted to, as long as he got the phone back he wasn't bothered. I just gave him the phone.

@jaygrim Did the deliver a completely new outfit with all the accessories?

Good to hear you have it.

@jaygrim There have been posts from people who have received a new boxed unit with all of the accessories with the exception of the headset offer and others have received only the phone without the box or anything else.

The best thing to do when the replacement  arrives is to open the package and send back anything that is duplicated in the package.

If it is the phone only make sure that it has a label giving the serial number and the IMEI number with it so you can stick that on the original box.

Yeah, a sealed box with everything included. I'm happy now but still think Vodafone handled the whole thing terribly.
