Have looked and looked, tried texting WEB to 40127 and so on but nope, cant access the My Vodafone (cashe cleared) because its saying It dosent look like your mobile data connection is turned on... Wi-fi has been disabled, enabled, all kinds of abled but still struggling to get the mobile data connection sorted.
Any help really appreciated.

If Mobile Data is toggled On in your settings and no data cap is turned On in the phone and one is not turned On in your myvodafone then can you as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone just to see if it's your account or sim card at issue.
If it isn't working in another phone then please contact customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll access your account to check.

If the steps that @BandOfBrothers has suggested don't work, you could try:
1. Make sure the correct APN is selected. Under Network in the main Settings menu, look for Access Point Names and make sure Contract WAP is selected as the default.
2. Turn mobile data on and then on again in the phone's settings.
3. Ditto on My Vodafone (ini this case, wait for a confirmation text - if you don't get one, wait for about 30 minutes).
