S22 Ultra No WiFi Calling

So unbelievably I had this problem last year and since I had to replace a handset, it's happened again.

There is no option to enable Wi-Fi Calling in the settings, it just does not appear. Vodafone support are absolutely useless, have tried both web chat and phone, and have been hung up on/disconnected when they couldn't find a solution. Every time t hey take ten minutes to research and then just come back with the how to on the website.

I installed the app to try and toggle it on my account, but that's no longer possible.

Absolutely at my wit's end here, has anyone had any recent success in getting Vodafone to fix their faulty product?

@Lucy_F  Vodafone removed the extremely useful feature to turn off/on Wifi calling from the app. Maybe you can raise it internally that we want it back? It's typical of Vodafone to remove something that actually worked, resulting in having to call and get a useless off shore call centre employee in tech support who is neither technical or able to support and can just read a script which basically ends with "blame the customers handset"

I have WiFi Calling added to my services @chistery, and as you mentioned added this via the My Vodafone app. I'll pop an email over to the team and ask why it was removed. My team can also help adding this to the services you already have, and go through troubleshooting with you if you have any problems, just pop us a message via our social channels and we'll be happy to help.

Can you please check whether you can see the Wi-Fi Calling button on the Quick Settings Panel (the page appears when you swipe down from the top of the screen twice). There should be a button there.
