SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK

Hello

can someone help me , I am trying to unlock my old Samsung phone,  and I got the same Samsung message as everyone else SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK when trying to unlock the phone. As read on all previous messages it requires an extra Samsung code , I have been talking to chat person but they do not seem to understand me, can someone please help?

You need the Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code.
