You mean the 3 splash screen that starts on boot up and close down @toony81 . If the phone was supplied by 3 and has the 3 branding, I am sure this can't be removed. There may be a way of flashing with a custom ROM but no idea how this is done.
You can always try a factory reset now you have left 3.
