Samsung chromebook claim

I recently (today) upgraded my phone to the s24 ultra and wanted to claim the Samsung chromebook for free but can not find where to do so. Can I get some help please?

I never received any link, or text for this because i was told i would by the sales guy in the Vodafone Store in Ipswich and now I’ve been told that there is nothing i can do to claim my Chromebook after taking a new contract out. Vodafone are pathetic!! Been a customer for 10+years and i get treated like this
