Posting on behalf of my sister. She has an S10 lite that was repaired for a faulty charging port 1 month ago, and the issue returned yesterday morning.
Vodafone is saying to contact Samsung, and that they can book another repair. The chat advisor is essentially going around in circles and not helping. She's essentially paying for a consistently faulty phone at this point, so we were wondering if she is due a replacement phone for her contact. She's had it less than a year, any help would be appreciated.
