when the phone restarts after the software download it gets to 25% and an error message is displayed. Then it displays 'Couldn't install system update'. The update size is 94.69MB and I have plenty of memory on my phone. I had the same problem in June with a system update. This was finally sorted out by Tash.

The fact that this was sorted before is promising. There's no account access via the forum now, so I'd suggest dropping the Social Media Team a note on Facebook or Twitter. It would obviously be helpful if you know what was done before as it may be a pointer in the right direction.

To solve the problem Tash requested me to send my phone number, IMEI number and current software version. I sent the details by a Private forum message and Tash sent these details to the Team. It was finally sorted on 15/09/2020.
I do not have a Facebook or Twitter account is there any other way to contact the Social Media Team?

@Peterpoos Are you updating the software via the phone itself, or are you doing the update via a laptop/PC?

The update is trying to be uploaded through the phone itself,while I am connected to my Virgin Wi-Fi network.
