Is there a time setting to limit the use of the VOXI sim.

I am trying to find out if there is a parental lock i can use to limit the time my son is using his phone

Hi @Bonnie101 

It's a difficult one for sure and simply taking the phone away from your Son may cause a few upsets and arguments.

There won't be a setting at network level where you are able to restrict use, unless the phone is turned off the nature of a mobile phone is to be contatable at all times. Even if you were able to turn off the mobile network, if WiFi is available you Son would still be able to access the internet.

There are bars available through your online account, there should be  bars you can toggle on and off to cut off calling, text messaging and data, this may solve the problem.

Ah I see @Bonnie101 

Can you check on the phone itself as most do have parental options.

There might be apps that are downloadable.

Also when my children were at a certain age we all came to a parent to child agreement on usage times, and what they were allowed to access.
